Understanding Ayven
Ayven is an AI agent who joins your team as a virtual team member: where a chatbot waits to be asked, she monitors your team's work across Slack conversations, project boards and documents, and acts where she is needed. She researches topics, creates documents, files issues and delivers project updates without constant prompting.
ChatGPT and similar tools are conversational assistants: you ask, they answer. Ayven is an autonomous agent who works inside your existing tools and workflows — rather than waiting for a prompt she monitors your team's activity, identifies when work needs doing and executes tasks end-to-end, less a smart search engine than a team member who gets things done.
Ayven handles a range of knowledge work tasks:
- Research: Deep web research with source verification and citation
- Documents: Creates, updates, and organizes documents in Google Drive and Notion
- Issue Tracking: Files tickets, updates statuses, and manages backlogs in Jira, YouTrack, and Asana
- Project Delivery: Monitors project progress and surfaces blockers
- Team Intelligence: Captures decisions and context from conversations
Both — you set the level of autonomy, and the guardrails that match your team's comfort level. Routine tasks she executes automatically; for important decisions, like creating external-facing documents or filing high-priority issues, she asks your approval in Slack before proceeding.
How It Works
Ayven connects through official APIs and OAuth: you authorise access to each tool (Slack, Google Drive, Notion, your issue tracker), and she uses those permissions to read context and take action. Setup takes 10–15 minutes, and she starts learning your team's workflow as soon as your tools are connected.
Every time Ayven completes an action — research, creating a document, filing a ticket — she uses exactly 1 credit, which keeps the count simple and predictable. The Free plan includes 500 credits a month; beyond that you can buy credit packs or upgrade to the Standard plan for unlimited executions.
The Standard plan gives you 1 concurrent execution slot — a dedicated lane where Ayven runs tasks back-to-back and processes work continuously, with no credit limit and no individual executions to count. Depending on task complexity, a single slot delivers 6,000–12,000 executions a month.
Ayven watches your connected channels and tools for signals that work needs doing: someone mentioning they need research, asking a question or creating a task is enough for her to take the work on. You can also @mention Ayven directly in Slack for a specific request, and over time she learns your team's patterns and priorities.
Yes — you choose which Slack channels Ayven monitors, which folders in Google Drive she can access, and which projects in your issue tracker she manages. Permissions are granular, so you are always in control of her scope.
Most teams are up and running in 10–15 minutes: connect your Slack workspace, authorise your tools, and invite Ayven to the channels you want her to monitor. There is no complex configuration and no training, and she starts learning your team's context immediately.
Capabilities & Quality
Ayven works in several research modes (quick, standard, deep) and always gives you the sources to verify: she cross-references information, checks publication dates and flags when sources conflict. For high-stakes decisions we still recommend reviewing her research, just as you would any team member's work.
Ayven creates drafts and asks for approval on important actions, so mistakes are caught before they matter, and on critical workflows you can require approval for every action. If something does slip through, every action of hers is logged, so you can see exactly what she did and roll the change back.
Ayven works best in English but can understand and generate content in most major languages. Research capabilities are strongest for English-language sources, but Ayven can work with multilingual teams and translate between languages as needed.
Yes — Ayven breaks a complex request into steps, executes them in sequence and keeps you updated on progress. Ask her to "research competitors and create a comparison doc" and she researches each competitor, synthesises the findings, creates the document and shares it, all as one flow.
Team & Collaboration
Yes — Ayven is designed for teams, so anyone in your connected Slack channels can talk to her, request tasks and receive updates. There are no per-seat charges: pricing is based on execution capacity, not headcount.
Ayven respects the permissions of your connected tools: a restricted Google Drive folder stays closed to her unless she is authorised for that folder. Admins can configure which team members may change her settings and integrations.
Contact us for enterprise plans with multiple concurrent execution slots. This is ideal for larger teams or organizations that need Ayven processing more tasks in parallel.
Pricing & Billing
Yes — the Free plan gives you 500 credits a month, forever, with no credit card required. Use it to evaluate Ayven with your team before committing to a paid plan.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. For enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers.
The monthly plan ($199/month) can be cancelled at any time; the annual plan ($179/month) is paid for the full year up front — the same plan at a 10% discount, shown as a monthly price. Cancel an annual plan and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
No — credit packs never expire, so use them whenever you need them; they roll over indefinitely. Free plan credits reset monthly.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans if you're not satisfied. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable but never expire.
Ayven pauses until your credits reset next month or you buy more — no surprise charges, and you stay in control. You can also upgrade to the Standard plan for unlimited executions.
Security & Privacy
Yes — all data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), on Google Cloud Platform's enterprise-grade infrastructure. Ayven only accesses data you explicitly authorise, and you can revoke that access at any time.
Data is stored in Google Cloud Platform data centers. For enterprise customers, we offer region-specific data residency options.
No — your team's data is never used to train our AI models, and we do not share your data with third parties. Ayven uses your data only to complete the tasks you request, nothing more.
Ayven can work with confidential data inside your authorised tools, though we recommend keeping highly sensitive information (passwords, financial credentials and the like) out of Slack messages. Teams with strict compliance requirements should contact us about our enterprise security options.
We are GDPR compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. Enterprise customers can request our security documentation and audit report.

Yes — you can export your activity logs, research outputs and configuration data in JSON or CSV format. Enterprise customers can request full data exports including audit logs.
Webhook support is available for enterprise customers: you receive real-time notifications when Ayven completes tasks, encounters errors or needs approval. Those webhooks can trigger external workflows in tools like Zapier or n8n.
Enterprise customers can access our API to build custom integrations, and we offer professional services to build them for internal tools or specialised workflows. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
Ayven uses a combination of state-of-the-art frontier language models from providers like Anthropic and OpenAI, selected dynamically based on the task. We continuously evaluate and update our model selection to ensure the best performance for each type of work.
Ayven automatically retries failed operations and queues tasks during temporary outages, and all in-progress work is preserved. If an integration such as Google Drive is unavailable, she notifies you and retries when the service is restored.
