What are autonomous and interactive slots?
Autonomous slots are for background work—monitoring issues, running scheduled tasks, discovery routines. Interactive slots are for when you directly message Ayven via Slack or Teams. Each slot type is counted separately.
When should I upgrade?
If you're regularly hitting your 500 credit limit or need more concurrent execution capacity, Standard or Premium makes sense.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credit packs never expire. Use them whenever you need them—they roll over indefinitely.
