For agency & dev-shop PMs
Six clients, six boards, one of you.
Each client is on their own tracker, their own Slack, their own cadence. You context-switch across all of them, chasing the same three developers for updates that six different clients are waiting to hear. When a client emails "where are we?", the honest answer lives in a board you haven't opened since Tuesday. The juggle is the job — and it doesn't scale with one more client.

01 · What Ayven does across the boards
One coordinator, every client's board.
Ayven watches each client's tracker and chases the assigned developer in your internal Slack or Teams — per client, with the ticket and the context, so "any update?" isn't a question you relay by hand. She keeps a per-client picture of what's moved and what's stuck, ready before the client asks, and escalates to you only when something is actually blocked.
02 · The register
The client update is checked before you send it.

For Chen's checkout: Mike said the payment step merged. Before it goes in the client update I checked the ticket — it's closed with the PR linked. So this line to the client is true, not hopeful. Here's the per-client digest to send.
the update the client reads is the one checked against the board
03 · What Ayven runs for your agency
The juggle, handled per client.
Per-client digests
A ready-to-send picture of each client's work — what moved, what's stuck, what's next — composed before the "where are we?" email, one per client rather than one blur across all six.

She follows each client's tracker and chases the assigned developer with the specific ticket, so the same three devs answer one clear question instead of six relayed ones from you.
one question, not six relaysClient-safe escalation
When something's genuinely stuck she escalates to you — internally, with context — not to the client. Nothing goes to the client channel without your say-so; the client sees the polished update, not the sausage-making.

Your PM tool records the work. It doesn't run the chase.
Agency PM software is good at what it does: time, budget, and a board per client. What it doesn't do is notice that Chen's checkout hasn't moved in three days and ask Mike why, in words a busy developer will actually answer. The chase across N boards is the toil the tool leaves you — and adding a client adds a whole board's worth of it. Ayven reads whatever tracker each client is on and runs that chase, so a seventh client doesn't cost you a seventh evening.
Keep the client's tracker
Each client stays on Jira, YouTrack, or Asana — whatever they're on. Ayven reads it and verifies "done" against it; nobody migrates, and the client's board stays the source of truth.

The whole point of an agency is leverage. A coordinator that chases every client in parallel is the difference between "one more client" and "one more all-nighter."
