Is Ayven a project management tool with boards and sprints?

No. If you want boards and sprints, use a tracker — Ayven isn't one. Ayven is for teams whose real tracker is the conversation: it turns asks in Slack and Teams into held loops with owners and dates, chases them person-by-person, and reports back in one digest. No tracker is required.

Do I need Jira, YouTrack, or Asana to use Ayven?

No. Ayven holds open loops itself, with no tracker required. Connecting a tracker is optional: when you do, ticket-linked work closes only when the ticket actually shows the change, so completion is verified in the system rather than taken on someone's word.
