Project delivery works before any tracker is connected: Ayven files work as native web tickets — owner, deadline, chasing, and digests all run out of the box. Connecting Jira, YouTrack, or Asana is the upgrade: without a tracker, "done" is what a person tells her; with one, done means the ticket actually changed. That upgrade — verified completion — is why most teams connect within the first week.
