For teams that live in Microsoft Teams

Your org runs on Teams. The good coordination tools don't.

Every interesting coordination tool demos in Slack. But IT standardised on Microsoft Teams years ago, and "just add Slack for this one thing" is not a conversation you're going to win. So you get the second-rate Teams port, or nothing. Ayven is native in Teams — adaptive cards, the same approval gates, the same chase-and-verify — not a lesser sibling. What that means, concretely, is below.

SarahSarah · Delivery channel · 9:06am @Mike where are we on the onboarding API? Client demo is Thursday and I need to know if it's real.
○ asked in the channel — no reply yet
MikeMike · 2 days ago, buried (still unread, three channels down, under the meeting notes bot)
· the @mention scrolled past · the demo is Thursday and the answer is still nobody's job

01 · What Ayven does, inside Teams

She chases in Teams, where your people already are.

Ayven messages Mike directly in Teams with the context — the ticket, the deadline, what's known so far. When a chat goes quiet she changes approach instead of repeating it, routes around whoever's out, and posts one composed answer back to the channel. No new app for the team to learn, no "check the other tool" — it happens in the client they already have open.

Wedno reply · followed up once, spaced a day apart — not the same nudge, louder
WedMike's out on client-site — asked Lin, who's covering the API
ThuLin: "auth's done, rate-limiting is the open piece" — composed and posted to the channel

02 · The register

Same approval gate — on a Teams adaptive card.

Ayven APP · Thursday 11:02am Lin says rate-limiting merged. Before I mark the demo-readiness item done, I checked the tracker rather than the chat — the ticket shows the change. Approve and I'll close it; the whole thing ran on an adaptive card in your Teams channel.

every write is approval-gated — the gate is a native Teams card

03 · It's real

The product, not a promise.

04 · The honest answer

Everything this site shows in Slack works in Teams.

The coordination category grew up Slack-first, so the demos you find are Slack demos. That's a marketing accident, not a product limit. Every page on this site — collect-and-chase, async standups, status collection — describes the same engine, and that engine runs natively in Microsoft Teams.

Native, not a wrapper

Ayven speaks Teams' own surfaces — channel posts, chats, and adaptive cards — rather than screen-scraping a Slack build into a webview. The approval buttons your team taps are real Teams cards.

The same approval gates

Read-anything, write-nothing-without-a-yes is the rule on both platforms. In Teams the gate arrives as an adaptive card: the proposed change, one tap to approve or decline, nothing written until you do.

approval-gated writes, either platform

The trackers you already run

Ayven verifies "done" against Jira, YouTrack, or Asana regardless of which chat client asked the question. The chase happens in Teams; the truth is read from the system of record.

verified in the tracker, not the chat

No second tool to standardise on

You don't add Slack for one capability and re-fight the IT battle. The whole coordination layer lives in the client your org already chose, so adoption is opening a chat, not migrating.
